At Kiddo Adda, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at princekumar17345@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved. Refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.

Non-returnable Items

Items returned without prior approval and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

We do not offer returns for change of mind.
